Your missions : The Account Manager manages the Sales and implementation of Tereos products towards non-food markets (Paper, Corrugated Board and Green Chemistry). IT includes providing Technical Support to the customers particularly in Paper and Corrugated Board. Sales Area Scope : Northern France Position Location : Flexible; Home based and/or Office Your day-to-day activities : Manage, maintain and develop the business * Negotiate volumes, prices, terms and conditions with existing and potential customers in the defined area / scope * Provide technical support to customers, especially in Corrugated Board production * Lead, support and follow up technical implementations at customers * Pro-actively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers * Have an excellent knowledge of his/her customer portfolio * Coordinate with internal functions, quality and supply chain departments, for the best customer satisfaction / focus * Implement commercial strategy and policy of the company Manage the Sales Processes * Create and follow the administrative management of sales contracts * BE responsible for the reporting, sales forecast and trends, customer creation, prospection data on his/her area, contract's conditions and prices * Make customer visits and report to the stakeholders Develop customer portfolio * Analyse, grow and optimize the sales book per opportunities in the market * Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships Market analysis * Record and consolidate market data * Analyse competitive products by characteristics & functionalities to assess competition * Gather the Business & Market Intelligence information, relevant to sales and purchases as to support decision making * Determine strategy in areas such as market penetration and market development Generalities * Ensure his / her mission according to the rules and policies of the company * Help to nurture a collaborative team environment by participating, contributing and supporting team activities / meetings * Support the continuous improvement initiatives through direct participation and / or championing the related initiatives

Le profil recherché
Your profile :
- Engineer degree or similar technical education
- Experience : Minimum 10 years with a strong preference for corrugated board production / technical knowledge
- French and English
- Competent in informatics tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to communicate with customers from shop floor to mill managers)
- Structured way of working / analytical skills
- Results orientation, persuasion skills, teamwork
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Being able to work with autonomy
- Frequent trip to customer / plant visits (50+% of the time)
