Les missions du poste
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities are as follows : * Manage and supervise the plant's electrical and regulation service; * Ensure the proper execution of repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment; * Intervene in case of breakdowns; * Ensure the preservation of plant equipment during shutdowns; * Implement new and investment works : conducting studies, drafting specifications, creating plans, overseeing engineering work, testing, and adjustments; * Maintain equipment (distribution cabinets, starters, drives, specific motors, etc.); * Establish the maintenance forecast program in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and plan the work while ensuring IT stays within budget; * Conduct technological watch and benchmarking, propose innovative and optimal solutions for the operation of your service; * Seek cost reduction and performance improvement in a continuous improvement approach.

Your profile :
With a Bac +5 degree, specializing in the field of electricity and automation, you have 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar position, in the heavy industry sector, ideally in the agri-food industry.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to advance cross-functional projects, you are able to adapt to crisis situations and propose reliable solutions within a short timeframe.
Permanent position available on the island of La Réunion (974).
