Les missions du poste
For a leading aerospace company specializing in the space industry, we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Project Manager to join the in-house team.
Main Responsibilities :
As an Aerospace Project Manager, you will BE responsible for the planning and execution of complex aerospace projects.
Project Lifecycle Management : Plan and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Team Coordination : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promoting clear and effective communication between departments to ensure project success.
Resource Management : Assess skill requirements, allocate resources efficiently and estimate budgets to ensure projects run smoothly.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure proactive monitoring to minimize impacts on projects.
Customer Relations : Act as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring transparent communication and meeting their needs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Le profil recherché
Profile :
Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management in the aerospace industry IS A MUST
Proficiency in project management methodologies and associated tools.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Work permit in Luxembourg or EU Citizenship
IT's an on-site position for a permanent contract in-house, no freelance and no full remote.
