Global Indirect Procurement Transformation Manager (H/F/X)

Join Royal Canin and leverage our expertise alongside Mars Global Services (MGS) to drive growth, manage risks, and maximize economic profit. As the Global Indirect Sourcing Lead, you will BE responsible for overseeing the performance of Royal Canin's collaboration with MGS-Commercial and supporting budget holders on indirect spend not transferred to MGS-C. This critical role ensures effective management of all sourcing activities, aligning with expectations and contributing to Royal Canin's success. You will guide regional indirect sourcing teams, manage change initiatives, and ensure consistency in sourcing practices across all regions.

What are we looking for :

Education :
- Master's Degree in business or finance-related disciplines.

Knowledge & Experience :
- Expertise in indirect sourcing, operations, and commercial governance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Ambitious and versatile talent looking to grow a career in Procurement at Mars/Royal Canin.
- Proven experience in change management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing and influencing dotted-line reports.

What will BE your Key Responsibilities :
- Execute the Global Indirects Sourcing Transformation strategy (GIST transition horizon : 2022-2026).
- Track and evaluate MGS-C performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with managing RC indirect spend, including compliance, operational, and financial risks.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply.
- Manage spend in collaboration with MGS-C, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to regional sourcing teams, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to share best practices and streamline processes.
- Communicate changes in sourcing strategies to stakeholders and ensure smooth transitions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on GIST progress and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical sourcing practices.
- Support budget holders in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for categories under RC Commercial scope.
