YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will BE responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and animating our organization's data architecture.
This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture & management principles, database design, and data integration concepts.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Develop and implement data architecture strategies that align with Group data strategy & business goals
- Define and apply data architecture standards
- Create and maintain data models (conceptual, logical), data flow diagrams, and other documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and define best data architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and methodologies in place
- Provide guidance/support to data engineers
- Work in close collaboration with Enterprise & Solution Architects, Data Science, Data Governance & Data Management experts
- Put in place required Data architecture committees (Design authority, etc.) to ensure appropriate respect of standards
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to address Analytics & AI use cases.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Architect
- Deep expertise with data modeling & data warehousing (incl. Data vault 2.0 methodology), and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
- Knowledge of Analytics concepts & tools (Qlik)
- Proficiency in data governance, data management practices & tools (Data catalog - Collibra / At-lan / CastorDoc, Data Quality & Observability - Sifflet, MDM - Semarchy)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
