Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Define and implement Global Category strategy - strategic benchmark, internal stakeholder alignment multi-site
- Drive supplier sourcing activities for the category, including regular technology intelligence monitoring
- Develop a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives and opportunities across all sourcing leverages
- Act as a Key Account Manager for strategic vendors
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure they adopt and deliver strategy sourcing plans
- Ensure consistency of sourcing roadmap data and target achievements
- Define, adopt by stakeholders and drive execution of Category Strategy
- Lead negotiation, business review and key commercial terms with its suppliers
- Ensure >80% Contract and NDA coverage with all suppliers
- Coordinate and deliver the cost reduction projects according to the roadmap across sites/PL and functions
- Lead Category budget preparation
- Supplier market analysis and benchmark, technology intelligence monitoring
- Act as the focal point for category subject matter expertise
- Manage and promote category activates across sites/PL
- Functional management of Global Buyers

Required business experience
- 7+ years international and global Sourcing experience
- Experience within a global complex organization

Education background and language skills required
- Master degree in Economics or Engineering, engineering experience is a plus
- Fluency inEnglish and French is a must, Italian or German is a plus
