YOUR ROLE :
In order to address its Ship Management ERP (SmartTOUCH) support and evolution, CMA ships is reinforcing its Digital Solutions team with a position of IT Business Analysis Expert (Finance Module).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO :
As an IT Business Analysis Expert (Finance Module), you will BE responsible for the management, administration and optimization of the SmartTOUCH Account module.
- Analysis and Design : collect and analyze user needs, review detailed functional specifications written by the publisher
- Project Management : plan, organize and supervise new requests for development and updating of the account module, respecting deadlines.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, operations) and external partners (solution publisher).
- Support and Training : Ensure functional and technical support for users.
In this context, your missions are the following :
Application Support
- Provide level 1/2 technical support for day-to-day application queries and issues
- Analyze the root cause, resolve the data management issues and propose permanent fix (if applicable).
- Monitor, manage and solve application problems via the dedicated incident management tool within the OLA.
- Document issues, observations and outcomes accurately to escalate issues as required in vendors incident management tool and to ensure the resolution within the SLA.
- Maintain and create documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices.
Product evolution
- Identify, capture and translate business requirements for technical discussion.
- Prioritize business needs with Business Stakeholders on the release of functionalities.
- Document the feedback, suggestions and business requirements via the dedicated change management tool.
- Monitor product development to ensure consistency against business requirements.
- Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
Must have 3-5 years experience in :
- Product management and application support.
- Driving product and process improvements.
- Providing front end application support.
- A maritime culture is highly appreciated for this position
- You must BE fluent both in English and French
