YOUR ROLE AS A COMPLIANCE ANALYST
- Analyze regulations : Monitor and interpret regulatory developments applicable to the financial sector.
- Assess and improve compliance processes : Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement action plans.
- Support audits and internal controls : Ensure regulatory requirements are met and compliance procedures are effective.
- Train and support teams : Raise awareness among employees, create training materials, and promote best practices.
- Monitor compliance risks : Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Bridge the gap between Business and Regulation : Translate legal requirements into practical solutions for the company.

Le profil recherché
THE PERFECT CONSULTANT
- Master's degree in law, finance, risk management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French - speaking all three languages is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Adaptable, proactive, and a real team player.
- A first experience in compliance, audit, or internal control is a plus.
