YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS ANALYST :
- Gather and analyze requirements : Collect, study, and document business and functional needs.
- Conduct workshops : Organize sessions with customers to understand their needs and regulatory requirements.
- Bridge business and IT :
- Design solutions for customers.
- Define data models and manage data processes.
- Create and run tests to ensure solutions meet all requirements.
- Provide training and support : Train and assist end-users.
- Manage change and communication : Lead change management and communicate with operational teams.
